This form has been prepared in accordance with Article 48 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

The name, basic characteristics, total sales price including VAT, payment method, and delivery information of the product(s) you ordered are detailed on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email sent to you.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

  • Payment transactions are securely processed through the iyzico Payment Services Inc. infrastructure.
  • Your credit card information is not stored by the Seller.
  • If deemed necessary by the bank or payment institution, transactions may be completed with 3D Secure (three-dimensional security verification).
  • Transactions completed with 3D Secure verification are considered approved by the cardholder.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery is made within 3-7 business days following order confirmation.
  • Delivery within the borders of Turkey is made through contracted cargo companies.
  • The delivery address is the address declared by the Buyer during the order.
  • Cargo company records regarding the completion of delivery are taken as a basis.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Custom-made products
  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene/health reasons
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital content (if download/access has begun)

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product price will be refunded using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the approval of the return.

For payments made with a credit card, the refund process may vary depending on the procedures of the relevant bank and payment institution.

The return shipping cost belongs to the Buyer, except in cases where the product is defective.

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for amounts exceeding these limits.

APPROVAL

The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood this Pre-Information Form and that the necessary information was provided before placing the order.

By checking the approval box in the order process, this form is deemed accepted.

This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
