DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement has been prepared within the framework of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER:
Name, surname, address, and contact information entered when filling out the order form.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the conditions regarding the sale and delivery of product/products ordered electronically by the Buyer from www.marlogoods.com, which belongs to the Seller.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

The name, quantity, sales price (including VAT), payment information, and delivery address of the products subject to the contract are included on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT

Payment is made using the method selected during the order process (credit card, debit card, etc.).

Payment transactions are securely processed through the iyzico Payment Services Inc. infrastructure. The Seller does not store credit card information on its systems.

If deemed necessary by the bank or payment institution, payment transactions may be completed with 3D Secure (three-dimensional security verification). Transactions completed with 3D Secure verification are considered approved by the cardholder.

Transactions suspected of unauthorized card use are evaluated within the framework of the procedures of the relevant bank and payment institution.

ARTICLE 5 — DELIVERY

Products are usually delivered within 3-7 business days by cargo, depending on stock availability, after order and payment approval.

Delivery is carried out within the borders of Turkey through contracted cargo companies.

Cargo company records regarding the completion of delivery are taken as a basis. The cargo company is responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur after the product's delivery.

ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.
  • The withdrawal notification must be sent via email to hello@marlogoods.com.
  • The product must be returned within 10 days at the latest after the withdrawal notification.

Situations where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Regulation Article 15):

  • Personalized products prepared according to the Buyer's request
  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if the packaging has been opened)
  • Digital content and downloadable products

ARTICLE 7 — RETURN CONDITIONS

If the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer's payment method within 14 (fourteen) days.

For payments made by credit card, the refund process may vary depending on the procedures of the relevant bank.

If the product is not faulty or damaged, the return shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 8 — PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

The personal data of the Buyer is processed within the scope of the KVKK Disclosure Text and Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 9 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined by Law No. 6502, and Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding these limits.

ARTICLE 10 — EFFECTIVENESS

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form before completing the order.

This agreement comes into effect with the approval given during the payment step.
